A step-by-step guide to setting up a new shop in Krisper.
Every location your business operates from — a branch, a salon, a store — is set up in Krisper as a Shop. This guide walks you through creating your first shop and shows you what to expect at each step.
You need to be logged in to your Krisper account before you can create a shop. If you don’t have login access yet, contact your account administrator.
This page has placeholder images marked with 📸. When real screenshots are ready, save them at the paths below (same names used in this page) and they’ll appear automatically:

The hours your shop is open each day. End time must be later than start time
Operating Days
Required (at least one day)
Tick the days of the week your shop is open. All seven days are ticked by default — untick any day the shop is closed
Business hours section of the Add New Shop form
Your progress is saved automatically. If you start filling in the form and get interrupted, closing the panel won’t lose your work — reopening Add Shop will restore what you typed. Use the Clear Form button if you want to start over from a blank form.
Click the eye icon next to any shop in the list to open its Shop Details view. Besides the shop’s address and business hours, this is also where you’ll find its WhatsApp QR code.
Shop Details view, including the WhatsApp QR code
Customers who scan this QR code are taken straight to a WhatsApp chat with your shop’s phone number — great for printing on receipts, counters, or storefronts.
Use the Download button to save the QR code as a PDF, or Print to print it directly.
If you ever update the shop’s phone number, the existing QR code stops working correctly and will appear dimmed with a Regenerate button. Click it to generate a fresh QR code for the new number.
View (eye icon) — opens the read-only Shop Details panel described above.
Edit (pencil icon) — reopens the same form pre-filled with the shop’s current details, so you can update any field.
Delete (trash icon) — permanently removes the shop. This requires confirming by typing the exact shop name, and is only available to Super Admin accounts.
A shop marked Archived can no longer be edited or deleted from the list — this status is used for shops that are permanently closed but kept for historical records.
