Every location your business operates from — a branch, a salon, a store — is set up in Krisper as a Shop. This guide walks you through creating your first shop and shows you what to expect at each step.
You need to be logged in to your Krisper account before you can create a shop. If you don’t have login access yet, contact your account administrator.

Screenshots checklist

This page has placeholder images marked with 📸. When real screenshots are ready, save them at the paths below (same names used in this page) and they’ll appear automatically:
  • /images/shop/shop-list.png — the Shop list page with the Add Shop button
  • /images/shop/add-shop-form-basic.png — top half of the Add New Shop form (name, code, phone, address)
  • /images/shop/add-shop-form-hours.png — bottom half of the form (business hours & operating days)

Step 1 — Go to the Shop page

1

Open the Business section

In the left-hand sidebar, click Business, then select Shop. This opens the list of all shops already set up for your business.

2

Click Add Shop

In the top-right corner of the page, click the + Add Shop button. A form panel slides in from the right side of the screen.

Step 2 — Fill in the shop details

The Add New Shop form is a single form — you don’t need to go through multiple pages. Fields marked required must be filled in before you can save.

Your progress is saved automatically. If you start filling in the form and get interrupted, closing the panel won’t lose your work — reopening Add Shop will restore what you typed. Use the Clear Form button if you want to start over from a blank form.

Step 3 — Save the shop

Once all required fields are filled in, click Create Shop at the bottom of the panel.
  • A confirmation message (“Shop created successfully”) appears briefly at the top of the screen.
  • The form panel closes automatically.
  • Your new shop now appears at the top of the Shop list.

Step 4 — Your shop’s QR code

Click the eye icon next to any shop in the list to open its Shop Details view. Besides the shop’s address and business hours, this is also where you’ll find its WhatsApp QR code.

  • Customers who scan this QR code are taken straight to a WhatsApp chat with your shop’s phone number — great for printing on receipts, counters, or storefronts.
  • Use the Download button to save the QR code as a PDF, or Print to print it directly.
If you ever update the shop’s phone number, the existing QR code stops working correctly and will appear dimmed with a Regenerate button. Click it to generate a fresh QR code for the new number.

Managing a shop after creation

From the Shop list, each shop has quick actions:
  • View (eye icon) — opens the read-only Shop Details panel described above.
  • Edit (pencil icon) — reopens the same form pre-filled with the shop’s current details, so you can update any field.
  • Delete (trash icon) — permanently removes the shop. This requires confirming by typing the exact shop name, and is only available to Super Admin accounts.
A shop marked Archived can no longer be edited or deleted from the list — this status is used for shops that are permanently closed but kept for historical records.
