Shop

A Shop is a single business location — its own customers, service catalog, offers, packages, and staff are all scoped to it.

You need an Owner or Super Admin account to create a shop. This is typically the first thing you set up — everything else (services, offers, packages, staff) is created inside a shop.

Open Business → Shop

In the sidebar, click Business, then Shop, to see every shop set up so far.

Click + Add New Shop and fill in the details

Shop Name	Yes	Display name for the shop
Shop Code	Yes	A short, unique code identifying the shop
Phone Number	Yes	10-digit number, digits only (Indian numbers only for now)
Address	Yes	Street address
Country / State / City	No	Each list only unlocks once you’ve picked the one before it
Total Seats	Yes	The shop’s service capacity
Start Time / End Time	No	Business hours; Start Time must be earlier than End Time
Operating Days	Yes	At least one day must stay selected (all seven are selected by default)

Save to create the shop — it’s now ready for services, staff, offers, and packages to be added inside it.

Shop Code is unique across the entire product, not just within your account — once used, it can’t be reused.

Removing a shop later requires the Super Admin role and typed confirmation, and cannot be undone.
