A Service is something a shop offers to its customers — a haircut, a massage, a consultation, and so on — grouped into categories to make them easier to find, and priced individually.
You need at least one shop already created before you can add a service — see Shop.
Only products already added in Operations → Inventory Management show up in the Products list below — add the product’s stock first if it doesn’t appear.

Set up categories

Click Manage Categories, then fill in the details

Click Create to save it. Categories are scoped to the shop you pick, and appear in the list below with an option to edit or remove them.

Add a service

Open Business → Service

In the sidebar, click Business, then Service, to see every service added so far.

Click + Add New Service and fill in the details

Click + Add Product to attach any products this service uses, such as shampoo used during a haircut.Save with Create Service.
