Add Package

A Package bundles one or more services together at a fixed price and validity period, so a customer can buy it once and use it across multiple visits.

You need at least one shop, and the services you want to bundle must already be added, before you can create a package — see Shop and Service.

Open Business → Service Packages

Shows every package added so far. Use the Search, Shop, and Status filters to narrow the list down.

Click + Add Package and fill in the details

Field	Required?	What to enter
Shop	Yes	Which shop this package belongs to — can’t be changed once the package is created
Package Name	Yes	Name shown to customers and staff
Description	No	Extra details about the package
Services	Yes	Pick one or more services from this shop, each with its own quantity
Price	Yes	What the customer pays for the whole package
Validity (Days)	Yes	Once a customer is assigned this package, it stays active for this many days, then automatically expires

Save to create the package — it’s now ready to assign to a customer.

Deleting a package doesn’t affect customers it’s already been assigned to — only new assignments are blocked.
