Offers

An Offer is a discount or promotion applied to a shop’s services — first-visit discounts, seasonal sales, referral rewards, and more — each tagged with a reusable Offer Type.

You need at least one shop, and the services this offer applies to must already be added, before you can create an offer — see Shop and Service.

Open Business → Offers

Shows every offer added so far. Use the Shop, Discount Type, Status, Offer Type, and Auto Apply filters to narrow the list down.

Click + Create Offer and fill in the details

Offer Name	Yes	Name shown to customers
Description	No	Extra details about the offer
Banner Image	No	Promotional image shown with the offer
Applicable Services	No	Limit the offer to specific services from this shop; leave empty to apply to all
Discount Type	Yes	Percentage or a fixed amount off
Discount Value	Yes	A percentage (1–100) or a fixed amount, depending on Discount Type
Start Date / End Date	Yes	How long the offer runs
Start Time / End Time	No	Daily time window the offer is valid, e.g. 10:00–18:00
Wallet Reward	No	Give the discount as wallet credit instead of an instant price cut
Offer Type	Yes	Pick a reusable type — see Manage Offer Types below
Max Discount Cap	No	Caps the discount amount; only applies to a Percentage discount
Min Order Value	Depends	Required for a fixed-amount discount, and must be at least the discount value
Auto Apply	No	Apply automatically at billing, without the customer needing a code
First Order Only	No	Restrict the offer to a customer’s first order
Max Per User	No	How many times one customer can redeem this offer
Total Max Redemptions	No	Overall redemption limit across all customers; leave blank for unlimited

Save to create the offer.

Offers can be edited any time, including while active — changes apply immediately to a live offer. There’s no way to delete an offer from here; to stop one, open it and switch its status to Inactive instead.

Manage Offer Types

Offer Types are a small reusable list (e.g. First Visit, Seasonal, Referral, Flash) used to tag offers. Five default types come pre-set and can’t be edited or removed — you can only add new ones.

Click Manage Types, then fill in the name

Offer Type Name	Yes	A short label, e.g. “Seasonal Offer” — automatically formatted in caps, e.g. `SEASONAL_OFFER`

Save to add it to the list — it’s now available to pick when creating an offer.

Deleting a custom offer type can’t be undone.
