Open Business → Transaction
The dashboard shows Total Amount, Total Count, Cash Amount, UPI Amount, and Wallet Amount, along with every transaction recorded so far. Use the Customer, Wallet Credit, Transaction Type, and Payment Type filters, with Reset / Apply, to narrow the list down.Each row shows the Customer, Date, Amount, whether it was a Wallet Credit, Transaction Type, and Payment Type.

Click + Add Transaction and choose a customer
Linking an appointment auto-fills Amount Paid with the appointment’s total and locks it from editing, and automatically applies any offer already on the appointment — you can still switch it to a different one.

Fill in the payment details and save
Save with Confirm Transaction. If linking an appointment leaves nothing left to pay — for example, fully covered by a redeemed package — Transaction Type, Payment Type, and Amount aren’t required.
Redeem a Package
Only available once an appointment is linked — lets you redeem a package that belongs to a different phone number, like a friend’s package being used for this booking.1
Search the package owner's phone number
Enter the phone number the package was bought under and click Search to find its active packages.

Pick a package and confirm with an OTP
Select the package and click Get OTP — an OTP is sent to that phone number. Enter it to redeem the package against this transaction; the amount due adjusts automatically.
Add a Product Sale
Available on every transaction, whether or not an appointment is linked. Pick a product, use + / − to set the quantity, and click Add.If commission tracking is on for your account, you can also assign a commission on that product line.
Bill Summary
Lists every service and product on this transaction, along with its price.- Anything covered by a customer’s own package shows a .
- Anything redeemed from someone else’s package (via Redeem a Package) shows the same icon plus a “Package Credit Applied” label.
- Regular items just show their price.
- Any offer applied to the transaction shows as a discount below the line items.
- The final Total Payable is shown at the bottom.
