Staff Commission shows every commission earned by staff across appointments, and lets you create a payout for a staff member over a date range.
A staff member only shows up here once they’ve been assigned to a shop via Assign User — just having the Staff role assigned to them isn’t enough.

Open Business → Staff & Partners → Staff Commission

The dashboard shows Total Commission, Settled Commission, Unsettled Commission, This Month Commission, This Month Unsettled, and Total Appointments.Use the Shop, Staff, Start Date, End Date, and Payment Status filters, with Reset / Apply, to narrow the list down.

Click + Create Payout and fill in the details

Save with Verify Payout, or Clear Form to reset the fields without closing.

Payouts

Lists only the commissions that have already been paid out, grouped by payout: Shop, Staff Name, Duration (the payout’s date range), and Commission Amount.

All Commissions

Lists every commission recorded so far, whether paid or not: Shop, Staff Name, Booking ID, Date, Commission Amount, and Status.
